Missing My Husband After Only a Day – So, Launching My New Mini E-book!

As you may know, I recently got married (just about 6 weeks ago).

And, my husband has been out of town on for business for just over 24 hours, and he won’t be home until late tomorrow night…

Good news: I miss him like crazy already!

Bad news: I miss him like crazy.

Since he’s been gone, I have been making sure to keep up the house, work on my stuff for the class we’re doing at church, finishing those thank you notes *says sheepishly* (Y’all, I am terrible at this…), and focus on producing the e-books I’ve been working on.

And, one of those e-books is out and ready!

Customizing Your Self-Care Plan_cover

Anyone who has followed me for any extended period of time knows that I am a big proponent of self-care. It has taken me many years to really understand how important self-care really is, not just for us but for the service of those around us.

I have also noticed with the clients I work with how difficult self-care can be, for whatever reason. Working with women, I’ve noticed we are really good at putting self-care on the back burner. So many other things require our attention.

I’ve put together a short e-book about the importance of self-care, how to customize your own plan, and tips & ideas for incorporating self-care into your daily life.

Also, for those that sign up for my email list, I have a short freebie about 5 simple ways you can incorporate self-care into your life today. (Actually, there’s a bonus tip, so really you’re getting 6 free tips!) Actually, many of these things we should be doing every day, but when we’re busy being wonder women, we honestly let a few of them (or all of them) fall away. Little things that don’t take much time, but will help you begin to develop that self-care plan, which I go into more depth on in my e-book.

I have been working on this content for a while, just unsure of how or when to release it.

Now seems a good time and I was able to get it all packaged up and ready for release.

I have also been getting back to writing, and working on the other ebook products that I keep starting and stopping.

The only way to get it done is to press on, and now is the time.

Coming soon:

The Reality of Tiny Living: the Good, the Bad, the Surprising, and the Dirty. After living tiny for a year, I finally understand the ins and outs. I get why it’s not for everyone, but it’s a good life choice for me. In this book, due out in the next month, I discuss all the little details, even some that may not be talked about in other places. If you like the idea of tiny, simple living, or you are considering going tiny, or you are giving up tiny, or you just want to know more about why anyone would be crazy enough to do this, check out this book. I am so excited to share it with you.

Ascent from Madness: A Collection of Flash Fiction: During one of my 31 days writing challenges, I dabbled in flash fiction. I began a series called “Ascent from Madness”, and I am expanding on this creating a collection of pieces here on the blog, and adding new pieces that fit the story & theme. Look for this to be released in the next month or so.

Reflections: Devotions for those in times of change, transition, and burn-out. Some of you have already heard of this devotional, which I have been working on for sometime now. It was due out about a year ago, but life circumstances have halted the progress. Progress has begun again, and I am expecting it to be released later this spring.

As for the Self-care ebook I just released? It’s called Customizing Your Self-Care Plan: Daily Self-Care & Stress Management, and you can purchase it by clicking the button below or on the sidebar:
